036 Tamera Guilinger – Carpenter

Tamera Guilinger has been a carpenter for 25 years in Local 839 based in Chicago. She is very active in her union and is keen to reintroduce the Sisters in the Brotherhood caucus back in to her Local Chicago Union and has been involved in building an international solidarity between Tradeswomen in the Philippines and Australia.

This interview is part of a growing international archive documenting the experiences of women working in manual trades and non traditional employment.
