Michelle ‘Mikey’ Myles has been a carpenter for 19 years and is based in Boston. Mikey is also heavily involved in working to support and empower Boston’s black community, as well as setting up her own non profit organisation, SAW (Sisters @ Work). SAW runs a summer program which focuses on mentoring young girls between 14 – 24 in Boston’s inner city neighbourhoods.
