016 Debra Gilcoine – Painter

Debra Gilcoine was a painter for 40 years, part of District Council 35, based in Boston. Still active in her Union, she also spends a lot of her time supporting women entering the trades.

This interview is part of a growing international archive documenting the experiences of women working in manual trades and non traditional employment.
